Attendees arriving by car or small van are encouraged to park in the Campus Center Parking Garage (Lot 29) when attending the event at the Tinkham Veale University Center.

From the Garage to the University Center

The TVUC is directly accessible from the garage on the first level only.

  1. Enter the Campus Center Garage and follow the signs to the left.
  2. Look for the marked set of gray doors with a wheelchair ramp leading to the University Center.
  3. Enter through the gray doors and proceed to the first floor.
  4. Turn right and take the large, open staircase next to the bright, colorful wall.
  5. The 2nd Floor Ballroom entrance will be on your right.
Accessibility: Guests who need step-free access should use the wheelchair ramp at the marked gray doors and follow the accessible route to the University Center.

Parking Validation

Parking validation QR codes will be available at the event registration desk on the second floor of the University Center.

Important: Please use the same credit card when entering and exiting the garage.
  1. Arrival
    Use a credit card to enter the lot. This will create your parking ticket.
  2. Departure
    Use THE SAME CREDIT CARD when exiting. This will close your parking ticket.
  3. Departure
    Scan the provided QR code as your form of payment.
  4. Exit
    If all steps above were followed, the exit gate will raise.
Day 1 Reminder: Pick up your parking validation QR code at the event registration desk on the second floor before leaving the University Center.

Attendees should park in the Veale Parking Garage (Lot 53), located near the wind turbine.

From the Garage to think[box]

After parking, follow the directions below to reach Sears think[box].

  1. Walk to the Veale Athletic Center entrance. Refer to the walking map on page 2 for the walking route.
  2. Enter the building and check in at the front desk for directions to think[box].
  3. Follow the posted signs or use the walking map to continue to think[box].
  4. Once you arrive at think[box], sign in at the Welcome Desk on Floor 2.

Parking Validation

Parking validation QR codes will be provided to attendees on Day 1 of the event.

Keep your QR code: You will need the parking validation QR code when departing on Day 2.

Day 2 Reminder: Bring the parking validation QR code provided to you on Day 1. You will need it when departing from the Veale Parking Garage.
